Try putting her out for and hour each night. Maybe she has to go. If not sit next to her and comfort her until shes out cold.

Do you walk your dogs daily. If not try that and make the 2nd walk after dinner/before bedtime. A small dog like that should walk for a good 20 minutes.
That may be all the dog needs, exercise and a way to expend energy.
    All dogs need daily walks.
Make sure you are not “rewarding” the unwanted behavior by trying to calm the dog down as you would a human with petting and talking. Dogs do not respond to this like humans do. To them it is a reward, which then encourages the behavior that you are trying to stop.

She sounds bored, or like she has to potty. Do you let her out before you go to bed? Try taking her for a long walk at around 10pm. Tire her out, she’ll sleep longer.

Keep her in the room with you. Put a dog bed in there. You don’t have to share yours unless you want her on it. Another suggestion? She probable hears noise-because it is quiet at night. Put a radio or one of those sound (waterfall) makers. You can also get a small Kong and the filling from your local pet store-she will tire herself out getting at the paste. Don’t use regular peanut butter, too much isn’t good for the dog. You can also try telling her to shhhh. When she is calm give her a treat and praise. Eventually, she will get the idea that you want quiet. Try feeding her before bed, with fresh water. And put an old T-shirt in her bed. A clean one, as the smell will reassure her.

If it is it safe maybe muzzle the dog overnight. This might train her to not bark if she knows she has to wear the muzzle.

If she’s getting proper exercise (at least a half hour walk everyday) then she shouldn’t be doing this. Try finding out whats wrong and if there nothing upsetting her than completly ignore it. Show her that she’s not going to get attention when she barks.
